About Bare Origin

Hello and thank you for stopping by and giving us a chance to introduce ourselves. But before we tell you about how awesome and cool we are, let us guide you trough what inspired us to create Bare Origin.

If you are already here reading this, we don't need to tell you that most of the skincare products available today are filled with toxic chemicals, harmful not only for our health but the environment as well.

You are probably one of our favorite people, willing to take a stand for your own good and the planet. And though the options for natural skincare seem to be endless, things are not as they appear (sad, we know!). Many "natural" skincare brands use tricky advertisements and sneak in nasty stuff in their products. Others are natural but not pure and then there are those who would do anything - and we mean anything, to bring your cheap natural product, at the expense of the producers and the environment!

You see, things are quite messy and complicated.

So we decided to simplify them. Our weapon of change - transparency!

We are traveling the world (this is where our coolness comes in, because globe trotting always levels up your awesomeness) and bring you the ingredients under full disclosure. We want you to know, and for that matter we want to know as well who makes the stuff we use. So, we go from one small village to another to meet inspiring people who are changing the world. They are producers driven by quality and beyond material gain. They change lives at the small communities they are located at.

From the argan forests outside Essaouira, to the rose valley of Kalaat M'gouna, to the wild rose hips in Pirin montian, we have seen some pretty amazing things, and we are sharing them with you.

Each bottle is a story of hope and change. And even though our bottles are dark you can easily see trough them.
