So I wanted to give you a few suggestions of aroma blends you can easily make at home. If you are new to essential oils you don't have to worry at all. These are all simple and easy to find essential oils, you can find them online or your nearest health food store.
Essential oils are very concentrated, potent extracts of a plant. So you need to be very careful with the quantity you use.
